We would like to introduce you to a local saint, Dorothy Brandenburg: she is 70 years old, and has been fighting cancer since last fall and the chemo has caused her to leave the work force. She lives on her own and has custody of her 10 year old granddaughter Haylee. She is raising her into a fine young woman with the help of Jesus. Since Dorothy is not able to work her income has been drastically reduced.

Dorothy's wish was to take her 10 year old granddaughter to the new Splash Zone to go swimming. The little girl would like nothing more! Haylee's favorite thing to do is swim. We decided that the least we could do was provide them both with a season pass to the Splash Zone. We also provided them with 4 day passes so Haylee could take some friends.

Dorothy and Hailey also have a litter of kittens if anyone wants a kitty.

Jessica Hilderbrand from the Senior Advisory Services Group also joined us for the presentation and might even have found a new friend for her 11 year old daughter.
