Dreams Come True

On April 20th we presented two new Bibles. The client that we were hoping to present them to is a very private person and is questioning if he is deserving of this greatly appreciated gift from the Senior Dream Center. His case worker, thought that pictures, or even someone representing the Senior Dream Center being there would almost be embarrassing to him, so we explained that we are not there for photo ops, but to help make his life fuller in anyway possible. The clients name is Donald Haas and his only wish in the past few years was to get two new Bibles that were in large print that he could read easily and use daily. One was a personal reference Bible and the other was the St. Joseph Edition of the New American Bible. Since we did not get any pictures of Donald receiving the Bibles, we did decide to take pictures of the Bibles that were presented to him.
