Dreams Come True

Although this is not technically a Senior Dream we decided to bend the rules to make it happen.

Nancy Lacey told us about Rebecca, one of her employees. Rebecca's son turned 25 on March 27, 2009 and he was just diagnosed with a sarcoma tumor inside his heart which is inoperable. The doctors have given him 6 months to live. Scott has had cerebral palsy his whole life and his mom has taken care of him. He loves adventure, roller coasters, has been bungy jumping, etc. He wante to go to Vegas to ride that roller coaster that goes around the building.

Like we said, we decided to bend the rules a little bit and sent Scott and his mom to Vegas. Here's what they said when they returned:

Hi, We're Back! Scott has so much fun. He rode in the stock car, helicopter ride down the strip at night, indoor skydiving, rode several rollercoasters, went to the indoor theme park. He ate at all the seafood and world carnival buffets. He really liked the Fremont Experience, we went there and watched the midnight light show. I took lots of pictures. I just want to thank you so much for letting this happen for him. Scott had fun. Thanks Again!!!!!!
